Laura Klitten M.Sc., Ph.D. Founder of HERA Health

With 13+ years of experience from the Life sciences Industry and having build and launched early technology to different markets, I have the experience and knowledge to talk about menopause; how the menopause transition affects women, what it is, how the individual can manage their own journey, and how companies can support their female employees during a time of change.

I have a diverse background from a B.Sc. in Biology, M.Sc. in Human Biology focusing on health and disease in humans, and a Ph.D in Medical Genetics.

In my career, my main expertise has been scientific communication. I have worked with commercialization of novel technology in the Life Science space. Primarily centered around Product Positioning, Market Analysis, Launch Plans, Building Support Structure, Providing Support and Optimizing Internal Procedures. I am now adding another layer of commercialization and support for women 40+
